Solution-state analysis of Can1 nuclease from T. thermophilus in the presence of cA4 ligand. Can1 was crystallised in presence of Can1. Can1 was purified onsite using size-exclusion chromatography and mixed with cA4 ligand and measured as a batch experiment.

Data Set:

Can1 Nuclease with cA4 (cyclic tetra-Adenylate)

Description:

Can1 nuclease was purified onsite at the beam line. To measure Can1 in the presence of cA4, an independent, non-SAXS SEC purification of Can1 with manual collection of the main elution peak fraction (~100 μl) . 10.4 mg mL^−1^ protein stock was injected. The peak fraction experiences ~3.2× dilution for a final concentration of 44 μM of purified protein.
